At Dot Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days after you receive your order. If more than 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions of eligibility for a return: item(s) must be in unused condition, in their original product packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that returned item has been received. Dot Merch reserves the right to deny your refund requests, or charge a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet the requirements above. 

The cost of shipping an item back to Dot Merch is always the responsibility of the customer. Dot Merch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments so we highly recommend that you insure your return.

All of our products are quality assured and checked for any defects before being shipped to customers. We strongly encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. If you think an item is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be eligible after 48 hours. Products damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange as well.

Note that Dot Merch is not responsible for lost packages and other shipping issues outside the U.S. postal boundaries. Any duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Dot Merch. You will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.
