Dot Merch was conceived on a midnight snack run among three friends. On our way to the store, we realized that there was a new game called Genshin Impact on the app store, the rest is history.
As we slowly got more and more into Genshin Impact, we realized that there was an accessibility issue when it comes to Genshin Impact merchandise. We found that there were a lot of fans that were region locked behind the merchandise, whether it was accessibility issues or a language barrier.
It took us a while but we realized that as fans of the game ourselves, it would really suck if we wanted merchandise but was unable to get it because of where lived in.

This store store was founded with two things in mind; information and accessibility. The world as we know it, no longer processes information the same way. In recent times with how accessible the Internet is, we find society constantly overlocked with trends and hardly any down time in between.
We think that trends should be accessible even to the uninformed, that they should not only know of trends only when it is nearing the end of its lifespan.
This is our promise to the uninformed. We pledge to always serve you the hottest Genshin Impact products on a plate. When everywhere else turns its back on you, Dot Merch will always remain open and ready to serve.

We want to be as transparent as we can for the prices featured on the website. Our main concern for the Genshin Impact fan/player base is that fans/players might find themselves having trouble navigating through the online flagship store because the site is entirely in Chinese. Not to mention the location of fans/players in EU/USA as these countries are very far away from China.
